The month is flying by and it's one week away from February. Days go by so quickly and you try to enjoy each moment, but things quickly pick up. Time really doesn't wait for any man.
I had a chance to watch the UCB 101 improv class show. It was extremely entertaining and reminded me of being in the moment and listening. Life is about being in the moment and listening to BE present during each day. Sometimes, days go by so fast that we lose sight of it, but we need moments to pause and get out of the fog. The pause helps us to reset and see the light again instead of moving at the speed of light. Days keep going, but we need to hold off on ourselves sometimes and just pause in the moment.
